Job summary

Aspen Dental is hiring an Entry-level Denture Lab Technician - Digital in Texas. This role collaborates with dentists, prints and fabricates dentures, and supports patient care while you train across digital denture technology.

The position offers full-time hours and a clear path for growth. You will work in a team-focused dental lab environment, participate in a 15+ week training period, and relocate if needed.

Qualifications

• Computer and technical aptitude; ability to navigate a digital world.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with patients of all ages.
• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
• Attention to details in daily tasks.
• Ability to pass a hands-on skill assessment/bench test.
• Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
• Experience in a dental office is a plus.
• Willingness to travel for a 15+ week training period.
• Relocation is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with dentists to ensure optimum patient satisfaction.
• Print and fabricate dentures.
• Complete prosthetic repairs, relines, and re-bases.
• Assist with preparation of laboratory supply orders.
• Work with the dental team to provide exceptional patient care.

Job Type: Full-Time Salary: $17 - $20 / hour
