Job summary

Aspen Dental is seeking an Entry-level Denture Lab Technician - Digital to join a team focused on delivering high-quality smiles. You will learn digital denture production through our state-of-the-art training program and collaborate with dentists to ensure patient satisfaction.

The role offers full-time hours, on-site work, and opportunities to grow within a supportive culture that emphasizes collaboration and innovation. A training period with travel may be required as part of the program.

Qualifications

• Computer and technical aptitude required, ability to navigate a digital world.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
• Ability to pass a hands-on skill assessment/bench test.
• Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
• Experience in a dental office is a plus.
• Willingness to travel for training and relocation are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Print and fabricate dentures.
• Complete prosthetic repairs, relines, and re-bases.
• Assist with preparation of laboratory supply orders.
• Collaborate with dentists and dental team to ensure patient satisfaction.
• Operate with industry-leading equipment and certified trainers.
