Job summary

Aspen Dental is hiring an Entry-level Denture Lab Technician - Digital to join our team. You will learn digital denture production through our industry-leading training program and contribute to patient care with precision and artistry.

You’ll print and fabricate dentures, assist with repairs, relines, and re-bases, and collaborate with dentists and the dental team. Travel and relocation may be required during training; strong technical aptitude is essential.

Qualifications

• Computer and technical aptitude required to navigate a digital world.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with patients of diverse backgrounds.
• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
• Attention to detail is essential for denture fabrication.
• Must be able to pass a hands-on skill assessment/bench test.
• Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
• Dental office experience is a plus.
• Willingness to travel for a 15+ week training period; relocation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with dentists to ensure optimum patient satisfaction.
• Print and fabricate dentures accurately.
• Complete prosthetic repairs, relines, and re-bases.
• Assist with preparation of laboratory supply orders.
• Work with the dental team to provide exceptional patient care.
