Job summary

Aspen Dental is seeking an Entry-level Denture Lab Technician - Digital to join our Weatherford team. You will learn digital denture production through our cutting-edge training program and help create better smiles for patients in the community.

This full-time role offers hands-on development with industry-leading equipment. You will print and fabricate dentures, assist with lab supply preparation, and collaborate with dentists to ensure patient satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Computer and technical aptitude to navigate a digital world.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with patients of all ages.
• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
• Attention to details in denture fabrication.
• Must pass a hands-on skill assessment/bench test.
• Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
• Dental office experience is a plus.
• Willingness to travel for a 15+ week training period.
• Relocation is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with dentists to ensure optimum patient satisfaction.
• Print and fabricate dentures.
• Complete prosthetic repairs, relines, and re-bases.
• Assist with the preparation of laboratory supply orders.
• Work with the dental team to provide exceptional patient care.
