Job summary

Affordable Care, LLC is seeking an experienced Dental Lab Technician Full Technician to fabricate full/partial dentures, same-day dentures, and implant-supported prosthetics. This hands‑on role spans denture setup, waxing, finishing, processing, relines, and custom trays in a fast‑paced lab.

The ideal candidate has strong bench experience and may advance toward Associate Lab Manager in the manager's absence, with opportunities to lead and mentor teammates while upholding OSHA safety and quality

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent.
Hands-on experience fabricating dentures from start to finish.
Ability to demonstrate proficiency through a hands-on dental laboratory bench assessment.
Experience with denture fabrication, processing, finishing, and related laboratory procedures.
Excellent manual dexterity and attention to detail in a fast-paced lab.
Commitment to OSHA and laboratory safety protocols.

Responsibilities

Fabricate full and partial dentures from start to finish.
Perform denture waxing, tooth setting, wire bending, finishing and processing.
Fabricate and complete same-day dentures when required.
Work on implant-supported dentures and overdenture cases.
Complete denture relines, repairs, occlusal rims, and custom trays.
Maintain accuracy, quality, function and esthetics throughout the denture fabrication process.
Collaborate with team members to complete cases efficiently.
