Job summary

Affordable Care, LLC is seeking a Lab Manager to lead on-site technical training and the development of all laboratory technicians at the practice. The Manager will implement new products and technologies and report to the Chief Clinical Officer as well as the regional manager of laboratory excellence.

Qualifications

• Ten years hands-on technical experience with at least two years in a supervisory/management role.
• Expert in all aspects of denture fabrication and related lab processes.
• Ability to train and cross-train lab staff across all lab functions.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site training and development of all laboratory technicians.
• Implement new products and technologies within the lab and practice.
• Coordinate with Chief Clinical Officer and regional laboratory leadership.
