The Beta Analyst will lead the Dentrix beta program end-to-end. This role is critical to ensuring high-quality, low-risk software releases by driving structured, customer-informed, and data-driven decisions. You’ll be the connective tissue between Product, Engineering, and our customers – owning the beta lifecycle, surfacing insights, and halting rollouts when needed.
What You Will Do
- Own the beta lifecycle: Plan, execute, and continuously improve Dentrix beta programs across customer segments.
- Drive Customer Engagement: Recruit and maintain an active pool of beta testers. Facilitate weekly calls, gather feedback, and build trust.
- Monitor and escalate: Track telemetry and customer input to detect issues early. Escalate blockers and pause rollouts when necessary.
- Define release readiness: Collaborate with Product to establish clear, measurable criteria for go and no-go decisions.
- Advocate for the customer: Ensure feedback is heard, prioritized, and acted on. Represent the customer voice in every release conversation.
- Report and improve: Deliver actionable insights to Product and Engineering. Drive continuous improvement in beta processes and tooling.

Qualifications
What You Will Have
- 5+ years of progressively responsible experience in product operations, customer programs, or related roles within software development or support.
- Good understanding of industry practices and the SDLC, especially on-premises.
- Proficient with tools for systems, feedback collection, telemetry, and release tracking.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to multi-task and resolve complex issues.
- Clear and effective communicator with excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution abilities.
- Skilled in stakeholder management, escalation handling, and cross-functional collaboration with Product, Engineering, and Support.
- Experience leading beta programs and customer-facing product initiatives.
- Ability to translate customer feedback and telemetry into actionable insights.
- Passionate about improving customer experience and product quality.
Nice to Haves
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
- Dentrix product knowledge a plus.
The posted range for this position is $75,000 - $110,000.
