Office Location:

• 401K with company match and additional Pre-tax saving plan
• Accredited Dental School Graduate
• Active OR state dental license (or the ability to acquire one by time of employment)
• Dentist pay ranges from $175,000 - $400,000. Expected earnings for 2 days per week range between $70,000 - $160,000
