Job summary

DOCS Health is seeking dentists to fill openings within their existing schedules conducting exams for Veterans in their private offices. Providers will be independent contractors and compensated on a fee per exam basis.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited school.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in dentistry.
• Current, unrestricted license to practice dentistry.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Comfortable working with adults of various ages.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Suite.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Great interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform a Panoramic x-ray.
• Perform a ROM for TMJ claims.
• Time slots are 20 minutes.
• Obtain claimant history from the claimant.
• No treatment, no follow up exams, and no writing of prescriptions.

• Perform a Rom for TMJ claims.
• Time slots are 20 minutes.
• The provider must obtain claimant history from the claimant.
• No treatment, no follow up exams, and no writing of prescriptions

Requirements

• Dentist (DDS or DMD)
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience
• Graduated from Accredited School (NLNAC or CCNE), if applicable. The degree must have been obtained from an institution whose accreditation was in place for the year in which the course of study was completed
• Current, unrestricted license
• Valid driver’s license, reliable/own transportation
• Comfortable working with adults of various ages
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Suite
• Excellent organizational skills
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Great interpersonal skills
