Job summary

Centurion Health is seeking a full-time Dentist to join our team at the Suwannee Correctional Institution Annex in Live Oak, FL. Schedule: Tuesday-Friday 6:30am-5pm.

You will provide comprehensive dental care to incarcerated patients, including exams, extractions, restorations, prosthetics, prophylaxis, fluoride, and endodontics. Qualifications

• DDS/DMD from an accredited university.
• No Florida license required; temporary license available.
• BLS/CPR certification required.
