Job summary

42 North Dental in Boston area is seeking a Dentist to join our established practice, delivering the complete clinical patient experience from initial exam to treatment plan and delivery of care.

In-office specialty services include periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics. We offer exclusive continuing education, mentorship and collaboration with a network of doctors, plus a competitive benefits package and 401K.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Current state dentistry license.
• Hepatitis B vaccination documentation.
• Malpractice insurance evidence.
• BLS/CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create and discuss treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review treatment options with patients and update records.
• Interpret X-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues.
• Maintain high standards of care and professional ethics.

Education

DMD or DDS degree from ADA CODA accredited program

Current state license to practice dentistry

Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination

Proof of malpractice insurance

Current BLS or CPR certification
