We are looking for a motivated Dentist to join our thriving Dental practice full time in San Antonio, TX. Join our successful, growth-minded team! The ideal candidate can perform general dentistry, has pediatric experience, and enjoys working with children. Preferably, the dentist has 3-5 years of experience and is credentialed with Medi in TX (TMHP, DentaQuest, MCNA, UHC, CHIP plans).

Duties:

• Provide general dentistry with a focus on pediatrics
• Build relationships with kids and parents; communicate treatment plans effectively, with translation support if needed
• Diagnose tooth pathology and present treatment options
• Perform procedures such as SSC, fillings, pulpotomy, extractions, space maintainers, and prophylaxis
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Collaborate with the team for comprehensive patient care
• Follow all ICA guidelines

Requirements:

• DDS/DMD degree
• Active, unrestricted TX license
• 3-5 years pediatric dental experience preferred
• Credentialed with Medi in TX preferred

Schedule:

• Full-time

Salary (range):

• $260k/year (~$1k/day for 6 months or more, plus 30% of production)
