General Dentist DMD-DDS - Dentist San Antonio TX

We are looking for a motivated Dentist to join our thriving Dental practice full time in San Antonio TX. Join our amazing, successful, and growth-minded team! Ideally, the incoming Dentist can perform general dentistry, has pediatric experience, and likes to work with the pediatric population. Preferably the incoming dentist has 3-5 years of experience and is already credentialed with Medi in TX (TMHP| DentaQuest, MCNA, UHC & CHIP plans).

Duties:

1. General Dentistry with a focus on the pediatric population
2. Develop relationships with kids and parents, effectively communicating treatment plans to English-speaking parents or having the DA translate for them for Spanish-speaking parents
3. Diagnose tooth pathology and present treatment options
4. Perform general dentistry (mainly pediatrics and potentially adults) - SSC, basic fillings, pulpotomy, basic extractions, space maintainers, prophylaxis with a cavitron
5. Documentation - timely and accurate
6. Collaborate with the team for comprehensive patient care
7. Comply with all ICA guidelines

Requirements:

1. DDS|DMD degree
2. Active and unrestricted license in the state of TX
3. 3-5 years Pediatric dental experience preferred, and likes to work with the pediatric population
4. Credentialed with Medi in TX preferred (TMHP| DentaQuest, MCNA, UHC & CHIP plans).

Schedule:

Full time

Salary (range):

$260k per year (~ $1k per day for 6 months or better of 30% of production)
