Titan Placement Group invites you to explore an opportunity in the nickname Forest City. Rockford is known for cultural and historical sites such as Anderson Japanese Gardens, Klehm Arboretum, Rockford Art Museum, Tinker Swiss Cottage, the BMO Harris Bank Center, the Coronado Theatre, the Laurent House, and the Burpee Museum of Natural History.

This position is with a nonprofit organization that has been serving the underserved, underinsured, and uninsured community members for over 40 years.

Salary and Benefits

• Salary range based on experience: $145,000 - $203,000 per year
• Sign-on bonus: $10,000
• Relocation assistance provided
• Health insurance: Employer covers 80% (employee pays $83-$107 per pay period)
• Vision and dental insurance: Employee pays $9.25 + $3.48 per pay period
• 18 days Paid Time Off (PTO)

Responsibilities

• Four-day workweek
• Bread and butter dentistry
• Providing care to patients of all ages, with 75% pediatrics
• Average of 16-20 patients per day
