Qualifications

• DDS or DMD degree and Florida license with DEA registration and CPR certification required.
• Two years of general clinical practice strongly preferred.
• Valid Florida driver's license with acceptable driving record unless waived by management.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct dental diagnostic and treatment services.
• Supervise dental hygienists and dental assistants; coordinate clinic operations.
• Maintain scheduling and records; provide referrals and reports as needed.
• Coordinate patient education programs and in-service education for staff.
• Refer patients to oral health specialists as indicated; follow policies.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient records and HIPPA compliance.
• Implement cost containment and utilization management.
• Comply with pharmacy regulations related to controlled substances.
