Formación

• Education and licensure required to practice dentistry; ability to obtain medical staff privileges.
• Experience in comprehensive dentistry including restorative, pediatric, endodontic, periodontic, prosthodontic, diagnostic, surgical, and preventive services.
• Ability to perform or coordinate advanced dental procedures and collaborate with medical providers.

Responsabilidades

• Provides comprehensive dental care: examinations, diagnosis, treatment planning, restorative procedures, endodontics, periodontics, prosthodontics, oral surgery, and emergency services.
• Evaluates and manages complex dental conditions and coordinates care with medical providers for medically complex patients.
• Delivers patient education and preventive care, addressing diverse cultural and socioeconomic needs.
• Provides consultation to healthcare providers and dental staff on dental health and its impact on overall health.
• Maintains clinical records, participates in QA and infection control, supports program operations, and contributes to committees and planning.
