Weare seeking a dedicated and compassionate Dentist to join our team in Rochester,MN. Our flexible staffing model allows you to design a schedule that fits yourlifestyle while making a meaningful impact on our community. This positionoffers the opportunity to provide high-quality dental care in a clinic settingand at mobile community sites.

KeyResponsibilities:

  • Providecomprehensive clinical dental services and preventive care to patients.
  • Educateindividuals on oral health, disease prevention, and treatment options.
  • Ensurecompliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations, includingworkplace safety and confidentiality protocols.
  • Maintainappropriate clinical privileges; hospital privileges are preferred.
  • Assistwith staff training, continuing education, and orientation programs.

Requirements:

  • DDSor equivalent degree from an accredited dental school.
  • Completionof an accredited General Practice Residency or Advanced Education in GeneralDentistry program preferred.
  • Unrestrictedlicense to practice dentistry in the State of Minnesota.
  • DEAregistration (if applicable).
  • CurrentCPR (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association or the American RedCross.
  • Abilityto obtain and maintain professional malpractice insurance.
  • Strongcommunication skills in English; additional language skills preferred.
  • Knowledgeof public health principles and practices is a plus.
