Job description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Dentist to join our team in Mounds View, MN. Our flexible staffing model allows you to design a schedule that fits your lifestyle while making a meaningful impact on our community. This position offers the opportunity to provide high-quality dental care in a clinic setting and at mobile community sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide comprehensive clinical dental services and preventive care to patients.
  2. Educate individuals on oral health, disease prevention, and treatment options.
  3. Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations, including workplace safety and confidentiality protocols.
  4. Maintain appropriate clinical privileges; hospital privileges are preferred.
  5. Assist with staff training, continuing education, and orientation programs.

Requirements:

  1. DDS or equivalent degree from an accredited dental school.
  2. Completion of an accredited General Practice Residency or Advanced Education in General Dentistry program preferred.
  3. Unrestricted license to practice dentistry in the State of Minnesota.
  4. DEA registration (if applicable).
  5. Current CPR (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross.
  6. Ability to obtain and maintain professional malpractice insurance.
  7. Strong communication skills in English; additional language skills preferred.
  8. Knowledge of public health principles and practices is a plus.
