Job Title: Dentist

Location: Fairmont, MN

Pay Range: $90.00/hr - $100.00/hr (actual pay based on skills and experience)

This role offers the opportunity to provide high-quality dental care in both clinic settings and mobile community sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive clinical dental services and preventive care to patients
• Educate patients on oral health, disease prevention, and treatment options
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, including safety and confidentiality protocols
• Maintain clinical privileges; hospital privileges are preferred
• Assist with staff training, continuing education, and orientation programs

Requirements:

• DDS or equivalent degree from an accredited dental school
• Completion of an accredited General Practice Residency or Advanced Education in General Dentistry preferred
• Unrestricted license to practice dentistry in Minnesota
• DEA registration (if applicable)
• Current CPR (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association or Red Cross
• Ability to obtain and maintain professional malpractice insurance
• Strong communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus
• Knowledge of public health principles is beneficial
