Job Description: Pediatric Specialist

Join a thriving pediatric dental practice, Smiles Pediatric Dental Care in Largo & Lanham, MD, with an exceptional opportunity for a productive dentist to build their success!

Position Details:

• Location: Largo, Lanham, & possibly Bowie, MD
• Patient Base: Pediatric care, Medicaid office with some PPO patients
• Work Schedule: 2-4 days/week, no weekends
• Office Environment: Modern office with digital equipment

Compensation & Benefits:

• Income Potential: $200,000 - $400,000
• Guaranteed Minimum: $1,200 per day (depending on experience & specialization) for the first 90 days
• Production Bonus: 40% of adjusted collections for Pediatric Specialists
• Additional Benefits: Health insurance, Life Savings Plan, mentorship, CE benefits, malpractice insurance

Candidate Requirements:

• Dental License: DDS or DMD, eligible for or currently holding a Maryland dental license
• Pediatric Specialty
