We are seeking a Pediatric Dentist for a permanent opportunity in Knoxville, Tennessee. This growing practice offers comprehensive pediatric care, including restorative, preventive, sedation, and special needs dentistry. The practice provides flexible scheduling, mentorship from experienced doctors, competitive compensation, and potential for partnership and equity. Job Details

• Location: Knoxville, Tennessee
• Provider Type Needed: Pediatric Dentist
• Reason for Need: Growth in patient volume
• Schedule: Preferred 3–4 days/week; will consider 2 days/week
• Current Staff: 2 Pediatric Dentists, 2 Associate Dentists, Dental Assistants, Hygienists
• Operatories: 4
• Patients per Day: Avg. 90/day
• Procedures: General pediatric dentistry, including restorative, preventive, sedation dentistry, and special needs dentistry
• Patient Age Range: 3 years and older
• Payor Mix: Heavily weighted towards private dental insurance plans (Delta Dental, BCBS); small portion of Medicaid patients

• Provide comprehensive pediatric dental care across preventive, restorative, sedation, and special needs services
• Build and maintain a patient base
• Collaborate with staff and other dentists to ensure high-quality patient care
• Mentor and guide less experienced team members as needed

• Daily Guarantee: Flexible per diem and/or percentage of collections
