Outstanding earning potential with base compensation plus production-based earning, 28-30% of adjusted collections, and a schedule Monday–Thursday across Hermitage and Lebanon, with optional Friday for a 5-day option.

• Pediatric Dentist or General Dentist with significant pediatric experience.
• DDS or DMD with a Tennessee dental license or eligibility to obtain one.

Pediatric Dentist – Hermitage & Lebanon, TN

Zoo Crew Pediatric Dentistry is seeking a Pediatric Dentist or experienced General Dentist with a strong background in pediatric dentistry to join our growing, dentist-led practices in Hermitage and Lebanon, TN.

Position Highlights

Schedule: Monday–Thursday

Monday & Tuesday: Hermitage

Wednesday & Thursday: Lebanon

Optional Friday: Lebanon for dentists interested in a 5-day schedule

Income potential: $200,000–$400,000+ annually

Guaranteed annual base compensation plus production-based earning potential

Compensation: 28-30% of adjusted collections

Primarily pediatric Medicaid patients, with some PPO

Established, high-volume practices with strong patient flow and dedicated support staff
