Job summary

42North Dental is seeking a Dentist to join its established practice. You will oversee the full clinical patient experience from examination to treatment, including in-office periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics. The role has a part-time schedule with mornings and Saturdays to support patient flow.

We offer continued education at no cost, mentorship across our network of doctors, and a 401K with immediate eligibility. Daily rate ranges from $750 to $900 USD.

Qualifications

• Must have a DMD or DDS from an ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Active state dentistry license.
• Vaccination documentation for Hepatitis B.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• BLS or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Review, maintain and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues in the oral cavity.
• Maintain the highest quality standard of care for all patients.
• Maintain high ethics and professionalism.
• Keep abreast of new developments, technologies and best practices.

Education

DMD or DDS degree

Current state license to practice dentistry

Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination

Proof of malpractice insurance

Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification
