Job summary

Enable Dental is a forward-thinking mobile dental practice delivering onsite care to nursing homes and care facilities across Iowa. We are seeking a Dentist to work two days a week (Thursday plus one other day) at multiple locations, serving elderly and disabled patients with compassionate care.

Responsibilities include exams, diagnosis, treatment planning, and a range of general dentistry procedures using dental technology.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited institution.
• Active and valid state dental license.
• Current CPR certification.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with diverse patient populations.
• Empathy, patience, and adaptability working with elderly and disabled patients.
• Ability to perform a broad range of general dental procedures.
• Familiarity with dental software for maintaining patient records and treatment plans.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record for travel to multiple locations.
• Commitment to working in mobile dental settings outside traditional offices.

• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited institution

Compensation: $900-$1,200 per day, or 28%-32% of net production (depending on nature of services provided in the market)
