As a Dentist with Enable Dental, you will join a dynamic team delivering onsite care across locations, adapting to varied environments and patient needs.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited institution.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with diverse patient populations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive exams, diagnosis and treatment planning.
• Deliver a range of general dentistry procedures tailored to elderly and special needs patients.
• Maintain patient records and treatment plans using dental software.
• Travel to multiple locations to provide onsite care in nursing homes and care facilities.

Requirements

Key responsibilities include conducting comprehensive exams, diagnosis, treatment planning, and delivering a range of general dentistry procedures tailored to elderly and special needs patients. Effective communication and proficiency with dental technology are essential to maintain high standards and ensure positive patient experiences.

• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited institution


• Active and valid state dental license


• Current CPR certification


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with diverse patient populations


• Empathy, patience, and adaptability working with elderly and disabled patients


• Ability to perform a broad range of general dental procedures


• Familiarity with dental software for maintaining patient records and treatment plans


• Valid driver's license with clean driving record for travel to multiple locations


• Commitment to working in mobile dental settings outside of traditional offices

Benefits

• Compensation: $900-$1,200 per day, or 28%-32% of net production (depending on nature of services provided in the market)
