Florida Dental Assoc in Ocala, FL is seeking an experienced Dentist to join a growing private-practice. You will provide comprehensive dental care, lead clinical operations, and collaborate with HR, Marketing, and Finance teams to deliver exceptional patient experiences.
The role offers ownership progression, relocation support, and a competitive daily compensation with performance-based incentives.
Formación
- DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
- Valid and unrestricted Florida dental license.
- Experience performing endodontic procedures and other general dentistry procedures.
- Experience operating a CBCT machine.
- No pending disciplinary actions against the dental license.
- Strong commitment to ethical and patient-centered care.
Responsabilidades
- Provide comprehensive general dentistry services to patients.
- Diagnose and develop appropriate treatment plans based on patient needs.
- Perform restorative, endodontic, surgical, prosthodontic, and preventive procedures within the scope of training and licensure.
- Conduct patient consultations and clearly explain treatment options.
- Maintain high standards of clinical quality, ethics, and patient safety.
- Collaborate with the dental team to ensure a seamless patient experience.
- Support the hygiene team and assist with clinical operations when required.
- Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and team-oriented practice culture.
