Seeking Dentist to join a growing team in north central VA. Our Providers, Nurses, and Staff provide help to the community in ways some patients previously thought was not possible. Responsibilities and Benefits:

1. Our Dentists enjoy a meaningful career without managing staff or bearing the financial burden of private practice.
2. We consider both experienced and new dental school graduates. Candidates must have a four-year accredited DMD or DDS degree, possess or obtain state licensure, and not be sanctioned under Medicaid or Medicare. Current CPR (BLS) certification is required.
3. All front office and administrative duties are handled by staff, allowing dentists to focus on patient care, assessment, developing treatment plans, and delivering quality clinical services.
4. Work within a patient-centered medical home that includes primary care and behavioral health services alongside dental care.
5. Guaranteed competitive salary with excellent compensation and benefits. Dentists are contracted for a guaranteed salary, not productivity-based pay. Loan repayment may be available, and malpractice insurance is covered under the FTCA.
