Job summary

Gentle Dental Careers is seeking a general dentist for a full-time opportunity in Reno, NV, with new grads welcome. The practice offers PPO access, a diverse in-house specialty team, and a strong focus on patient care and clinical autonomy.

Compensation is production-based with a guaranteed onboarding rate and a total compensation range of $200,000–$400,000, plus comprehensive benefits. Relocation assistance and license reimbursement are available for qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• Open to new grads with a DDS/DMD degree from an accredited school.
• Must hold or be able to obtain a current applicable State Dental License.
• CPR, DEA and NPI registrations or credentials.
• Commitment to patient care, operational and clinical excellence, accountability, and teamwork.

Position Details

• Full team of in house Board eligible, or Certified, specialists to support your specialty needs
• Predominantly PPO practice
• Comprehensive dental office

Compensation

• percentage of production based on experience
• Daily Guaranteed Rate during the transition and onboarding period
• Total comp range between $200,000 - $400,000

Schedule

• 5 days a week
• Monday – Friday
