The role offers a production-based compensation structure, a guaranteed daily rate during ramp-up, and strong total compensation potential, with a comprehensive benefits package.

The practice provides in-house specialist support, a PPO-based model, and a commitment to clinical autonomy and work-life balance.

Position Details

• Full team of in house Board eligible, or Certified, specialists to support your specialty needs
• Predominantly PPO practice
• Comprehensive dental office
• Compensation
  • percentage of production based on experience
  • Daily Guaranteed Rate during the transition and onboarding period

Total comp range between $200,000 - $400,000

Schedule

• Monday, Tuesday, Thursday 8am-5pm
  Wednesday 8am -6pm
  Friday 7 am -2 pm
• 1-2 Saturdays a month
