Note: This position is contingent upon contract award and will be located onsite in the southeast, southwest, or central United States. Travel may be required.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  1. Provide medical services as a Dentist to maintain the health of employees and client personnel.
  2. Educate patients on dental care, including diet, brushing, flossing, fluoride use, and other practices.
  3. Perform dental procedures such as cavity fillings, x-ray examinations, tooth extractions, and repairing fractured teeth.
  4. Conduct limited corrective gum and bone surgeries to treat gum diseases.
  5. Administer anesthesia and prescribe medications, including antibiotics.
  6. In some settings, stabilize patients and coordinate their evacuation if necessary.
  7. Document all care provided and follow-up actions.
  8. Respect patient dignity and adhere to the American Hospital Association's Bill of Rights.
  9. Participate in meetings and task forces to improve quality, communicate issues, and stay updated on policies and developments.
  10. Follow infection control policies and protocols to ensure safety.
  11. Accurately record patient care services in medical records.
  12. Manage nursing supplies inventory and ensure proper storage and use of supplies and equipment.
  13. Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with privacy laws.
  14. Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  1. Graduate from an accredited Dental School.
  2. Active, unrestricted Dental License without pending adverse actions.
  3. At least 3 years of recent experience as a Dentist.
  4. Recent clinical experience (at least 6 months in the past year).
  5. CPR certification.
  6. Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
  7. Proficiency with computers and MS Office.
  8. Ability to work effectively in high-pressure environments and adapt to changes.
  9. Successful security background check and drug screening.
  10. Current certifications in all required areas.
  11. Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  12. Commitment to safety and maintaining a clean, safe work environment.
Physical Requirements and Work Conditions
  • Work primarily in an indoor environment.
  • Prolonged sitting and standing.
