General Dentist – Full-Scope Private Practice Opportunity | Yuma, CO

A high-quality, privately owned dental practice in Yuma, Colorado is seeking a General Dentist to join its established and growing team. This role is replacing a long-term associate who is relocating on great terms, offering the incoming provider a full patient base and a strong clinical foundation from day one.

This is a full-scope general dentistry position in a rural setting, ideal for someone who wants to gain broad clinical experience. The practice offers everything from IV sedation and implants to restorative work, bridges, and preventive care. With limited access to specialists in the region, there's excellent opportunity to develop advanced skills. New grads with a growth mindset are welcome—this practice is highly supportive of CE and offers what’s essentially a mini-residency experience.

Position Overview

• Location: Yuma, CO
• Schedule: Full-time, flexible 4- or 5-day workweek
• Services: Comprehensive care including implants, IV sedation, restorative, and more
• Technology: Cone beam, iTero, fully digital, TVs in every operatory
• Operatories: 6 currently, expanding to 9
• Team: 3 hygienists, experienced clinical support
• Patient Mix: All ages, 60% insurance / 40% cash, no Medicaid

Compensation & Benefits

• W-2 employee position
• Daily guarantee: $1,000–$1,200/day
• 33% of adjusted production in year one, increasing to 35% in year two
