We are seeking a General Dentistfor our thriving East Beach, Norfolk office.

• Modern, beach-themed office with a welcoming atmosphere
• High patient demand and excellent growth potential
• Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM schedule
• 8 treatment rooms with 2 hygienists for strong clinical support
• Busy, high-volume practice offering full-scope general dentistry

Compensation & Benefits:

• 32% of collections
• All lab fees covered
• Equity opportunity: Once collecting $60K/month or $750K/year, dentists can earn equity in their location (details to be explained during the interview)
