Job description

Annashae Healthcare has a facility in Columbia, SC, seeking a DDS to provide dental services. The position offers a flexible schedule of 3 days a week, from 8:30 to 4:30, with some flexibility on days and times. Compensation is $3,000 per week, and the dentist would see at least 5 patients daily.

Scope of Work:

1. Examine and diagnose using x-rays, including Panorex, Bitewing, and Peri-apical films.
2. Place composite fillings.
3. Provide local anesthesia.
4. Place sealants.
5. Perform calculus debridement when necessary.
6. Place crowns (PFM or gold), with fabrication by a dental lab.
7. Perform simple extractions; all extractions may be referred out.
8. Create, review, and update dental policies and procedures.

Additional responsibilities include serving as Dental Director and participating on the SCDJJ medical committee.
