Job summary

Provider Healthcare in Albany, GA is seeking an experienced dentist to provide comprehensive dental care to patients of all ages in an outpatient setting.

The successful candidate will work 8 am–5 pm, see 18–20 patients daily, hold a GA license, be board certified or eligible, and possess a DDS or DMD from an accredited school. DEA certification required, with a focus on equitable, evidence-based care.

Responsibilities

• Diagnoses and treats diseases, injuries and malformations of teeth and gums and related oral structures.
• Examines patients; utilizes x-rays, mirrors, explorers and other diagnostic procedures and instruments.
• Cleans, fills, extracts and replaces teeth, using rotary and hand instruments, dental appliances, medications and surgical implements.
• Ensure safety and security of the Dental Department according to OSHA requirements.
