Job summary

Dental Recruiting Network in Lawrenceville, GA is seeking a General Dentist to join a well-established PPO/private practice offering restorative, cosmetic and implants. This role includes mentoring implant placements for the right candidate.

Hours are Monday–Thursday 8:00–5:00, with no weekends; potential for partnership or sweat equity and a competitive compensation structure (30–32% of collections) plus benefits such as medical, 401(k) and CEU.

Qualifications

• GA DMD license or in process.
• Experience or advanced residency in dentistry.

Responsibilities

• Determine dental requirements with patients.
• Perform examinations to assess patient needs.
• Perform general dentistry procedures as diagnosed.
• Educate patients on oral health and prevention.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Support practice growth and patient care.

General Dentist needed for our Lawrenceville GA location, suburb of Atlanta. We are a PPO/ FFSFFS private established practice offering all restorative dentistry, cosmetic and implants. We are looking for a well-rounded General Dentist that is part of the team to provide great care to our patients. We are open to mentor implants placements procedures for the right dentist.

Compensation and Benefits Offered

• 30-32 Percent of Collection (Collection Ratio 99%)
• Daily guarantees; from 6-12 months
• Earning potential currently is 250K 300K plus.

Hours

Job Duties

• Determines dental requirements by working with patients.
• Perform examinations to assess patient needs.
• Perform General Dentistry procedures as diagnosed.
• Educate patients about improving and maintain and promoting routine dental health care.

We have a strong NP patient base. Our practice has grown and needs a second provider. We have three locations with a 4th opening in a few months. We offer Lasers, CBCT scanners, Ceric/iTero m all-digital,

Education and Experience
