TManagement is seeking a Lead General Dentist for our Midtown Atlanta flagship practice. Join a technology-forward environment with a strong patient base and a path to long-term partnership.
In this role you will provide comprehensive care, including implants and cosmetic dentistry, while leading a clinical team and developing strategic treatment plans for 4–5 hygiene columns daily in a busy, modern facility.
Qualifications
- Provide comprehensive dental care and develop treatment plans for complex cases.
- Perform molar and complex endodontics, implants, cosmetics and restorative dentistry.
- Collaborate with in-house specialists to coordinate care.
Responsibilities
- Lead clinical dentistry in a high-producing practice.
- Mentor junior clinicians and maintain high patient satisfaction.
- Ensure adherence to clinical standards and regulatory requirements.

We're seeking an exceptional Lead General Dentist to join the flagship practice of our growing organization. Located in the prestigious 999 Peachtree building in Midtown Atlanta, this is a rare opportunity for a high-producing clinician looking to practice comprehensive dentistry in a thriving, technology-driven environment.
- Full-time schedule (Monday through Thursday)
- 10 modern operatories
- 80+ new patients per month
- 4,500+ active patients
- PPO and Fee-for-Service patient base with a strong cash-pay mix
- 4 to 5 hygiene columns daily
- State-of-the-art technology including CBCT
- All specialties kept in-house for collaborative care
