Blue Jay Dental has a fantastic mentorship opportunity with a thriving practice in Cambridge, Ohio.

Currently, the practice is growing rapidly and provides both general dentistry and orthodontic care. The owner is looking to hire a dentist to take over the general dentist caseload to free time for the owner to focus on the orthodontic part of the practice.

The owner is interested in teaching younger dentists all aspects of general dentistry and also providing mentorship in orthodontic treatment as they have a strong ortho program in place.

This is a full general dentistry caseload with huge growth opportunity. The current dentist has excellent reviews and is loved in the community.

Ideal candidates will be patient-focused, have a strong desire to provide quality care, and be able to follow coaching systems in place.

Opportunity is M-F with Wednesdays off.

This 3200 sq ft practice has 9 operatories with computers in all ops. The office is paperless and offers state-of-the-art equipment throughout.

The office has a full hygiene program with 3 hygienists employed.

Pay is negotiable and based on skill level and experience.
