Job summary

42 North Dental in the Boston area is seeking a Dentist to advance patient care, educate patients, and create treatment plans. Join an established practice with a strong flow of new patients each month and a culture of mentorship.

You will promote oral health, diagnose diseases, review records, and stay current with new technologies through ongoing continuing education and professional development.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Active state dental license in good standing.
• Hepatitis B vaccination documentation.
• Malpractice insurance coverage.
• BLS or CPR certification current.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create and review treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients and document records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide preventive and restorative dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues.
• Maintain high ethical standards and professional conduct.
• Keep up with new developments through continuing education.
