42North Dental, built by dentists for dentists with roots in Boston, seeks a Dentist to promote oral health, diagnose diseases, and create comprehensive treatment plans for patients.

Join a busy practice with a steady flow of new patients, mentorship, and ongoing continuing education in a collaborative network of doctors. We offer a 401K from day one, CE at no cost, and competitive annual compensation between $50,000 and $125,000 USD.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention
• Diagnose oral diseases
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health
• Review treatment plan options with patients
• Review, maintain and update patients' medical and dental records
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone, and soft tissues of the oral cavity
• Maintain high standard of care and professional ethics
• Keep abreast of new developments and continuing education

Education
