Job summary

42North Dental, founded in Boston and rooted in a commitment to deliver healthy, confident smiles, is seeking a Dentist to lead the clinical patient experience from initial exam through delivery of care. In-office specialties include periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics.

We offer annual compensation ranging from $50,000 to $125,000 USD, a 401K plan with no waiting period, continuing education at no cost, and mentorship through a broad network of doctors.

Qualifications

DMD or DDS degree from ADA CODA-accredited program.
Current state license to practice dentistry.
Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
Proof of malpractice insurance.
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

Promote oral health and disease prevention.
Diagnose oral diseases.
Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
Create and review treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
Review and update patients' medical and dental records.
Interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
Perform surgical procedures on teeth and surrounding tissues.

Education
