Job summary

42 North Dental in Massachusetts is seeking a licensed Dentist to join our established practice. Built by dentists for dentists, we deliver healthy smiles for life and provide comprehensive care from exam to treatment planning.

You will lead the patient experience across preventive, restorative, and in-office specialty services such as periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics. We offer extensive continuing education and mentorship.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from a university-based dental education program accredited by the ADA CODA.
• Current state dental license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Review and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide proper restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues of the oral cavity.
• Maintain high quality standards of care for all patients.
• Maintain high standards of ethics and professionalism.

Education

DMD or DDS degree
