Job summary

DOCS Dental in Dayton, OH is seeking a DMD/DDS to join a private-practice setting with full clinical autonomy and strong compensation. You will perform extractions and root canals, with Invisalign preferred, serving civilian military families and federal employees.

Expect a weekday schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with substantial earnings potential reported between $180k and $390k annually and generous incentives.

Qualifications

• Must have DMD or DDS from an accredited U.S. program.
• Must have NY license or ability to obtain NY license.
• CPR/BLS Certification required.
• Willing to obtain a Real ID for base access.
• Background, drug screening, and medical testing/vaccinations will be required.

Responsibilities

• Perform extractions, including third molars, and root canal therapy (molars).
• Invisalign or clear aligner certification preferred.
• Provide comprehensive dental care with full clinical autonomy.

• Pass a background (Criminal & Malpractice), urinalysis & applicable testing, shots, physical exam and vaccinations.
