Qualifications

• DMD or DDS from an accredited U.S. program.
• Active New York Dental License or ability to obtain a New York License.
• CPR/BLS Certification required or in process.

• Background, malpractice and drug screenings required.

Responsibilities

• Perform extractions including third molars with precision.
• Provide root canal therapy, including molars.
• Delineate treatment plans and deliver comprehensive dental care.
• Maintain high standards of patient care and charting.

• Pass a background (Criminal & Malpractice), urinalysis & applicable testing, shots, physical exam and vaccinations.
