The Airway Dentists in Texas is hiring a full-time dentist to join our clinical team and redefine the standard of care in dentistry. You will work across our growing office network, contributing to orthodontic, sleep apnea, and general dentistry services.

We offer extensive training, including 9 weeks of formal training led by our Chief Clinical Officer and VP of Clinical Operations, with immersion in our clinical model starting from day one.

Who We Are

The Airway Dentists’ mission is to provide exceptional dental care and rid the world of sleep-disordered breathing. With 8 offices across Houston, 2 in Austin and more to come, we provide orthodontic, sleep apnea, and general dentistry services. Our clinical team is led by our co-founders, Dr. Kalli Hale, Dr. Kyle Hale, and Dr. Matt Hicks. We are hiring a full-time dentist to join us in redefining the standard of care in dentistry.

• Extremely competitive compensation: $125,000-400,000+
• Over-the-shoulder training from Chief Clinical Officer Dr. Kalli Hale and VP of Clinical Operations Dr. Matt Hicks
