Blue Jay Dental has an exciting opportunity in Westerville, Ohio (a suburb of Columbus) at a growing private practice for the right dentist.

The client is seeking a dentist who is eager to learn and be part of a team of professionals that truly puts the patient first.

The ideal candidate would have experience, but they are also willing to mentor a new graduate.

The office is state-of-the-art, equipped with modern digital technology, and operates on a paperless system.

The office hours are Monday through Thursday, with a half-day on Friday.

The pay is $100 per hour as a base, transitioning to a percentage of collections once a certain threshold is reached. Dentists in this practice typically earn over $200,000 annually.
