Blue Jay Dental has a client with a need for a general dentist to start immediately in Wausau, WI, working at a large growing private practice.

Beautiful State of the Art building on the top of the hill in Wausau, overlooking the town. The practice has 11 operatories, with a surgical suite for placing implants. Six operatories are used for operative work, and five operatories are filled with hygienists. Every day has a minimum of five hygienists.

This practice produces over 7 million per year in production, and the lead dentist is passionate about dentistry, teaching advanced skills to new dentists, including implant placement and posterior endodontics. This is an ideal learning environment combined with a great opportunity to earn an incredible paycheck to help pay off school loan debt quickly!

The office is equipped for Oral Surgery, Endo, and placing Implants. On-site mentorship and guidance are available. The office features digital sensors, a CBCT/Pan machine, and supplies stored in tip-out bins for easy stocking and visibility. Sterilization includes instruments in standardized cassettes with a hydrim. Tokens are provided to children to choose from the toy machines on the wall, and there is a beverage cart in the waiting room stocked with coffee, water, sugar-free soda, and juices.

Each operatory has computers with TVs on the ceiling for patient viewing. There is a well-seasoned team of administrators to keep the schedule booked efficiently, top-notch assistants performing at a high level, and hygienists with excellent co-diagnosis skills. Current office hours are Monday-Thursday from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm and Fridays from 7:00 am to 3:00 pm. Doctors' schedules are maxed out at 32 hours per week.
