Dentist Job in Wausau, WI - Excellent Implant Mentorship!

Blue Jay Dental has a client with a need for a general dentist to start immediately in Wausau, WI, working at a large, growing private practice.

Located in a beautiful, state-of-the-art building on the top of the hill in Wausau, overlooking the town. The practice has 11 operatories, including a surgical suite for implant placement. Six operatories are used for operative work, and five are staffed with hygienists, with a minimum of five hygienists working daily.

The practice produces over $7 million annually. The lead dentist is passionate about dentistry and provides advanced training in implant placement and posterior endodontics. This environment offers excellent learning opportunities and the chance to earn a competitive salary to help pay off student loans quickly.

The office is fully equipped for oral surgery, endodontics, and implant procedures. On-site mentorship is available. The facility includes digital sensors, CBCT/Pan machine, and well-organized supplies. Sterilization is maintained with instruments in standardized cassettes with a hydrim. The office features amenities like a toy machine for children and a beverage cart with coffee, water, sugar-free soda, and juices.

The owner is an elite implant specialist and willing to mentor the right candidate.

Each operatory has a computer, and ceiling-mounted TVs for patient entertainment. The team includes experienced administrators, high-performing assistants, and skilled hygienists with excellent co-diagnosis skills. Office hours are Monday through Thursday from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm, and Friday from 7:00 am to 3:00 pm. Schedules are capped at 32 hours per week.
