Exciting Opportunity for an Associate Dentist in Springfield, IL

Blue Jay Dental has an outstanding opportunity for an Associate Dentist with a client in Springfield, IL. This well-established practice is dedicated to excellence in patient care and offers a thriving professional environment.

Position Details:

Start Date: Immediate
Schedule: 4 days/week, 10-hour office hours
Experience Needed: 2-3 years preferred

Patient Information:

Caseload: Predominantly adult patients
Pay Types: PPO/FFS (No Medicaid or HMO)

Office Information:

• Operatories: 6
• Charting Software: Dentrix (digital office)
• Technology: Digital X-rays, Pano, iTero scanner
  Plans to invest in CBCT and 3D printing
  CEREC available
  Open to acquiring additional equipment as needed

Procedures Offered:

• Restorative Dentistry (Crowns, Dentures)
• Posterior Endodontics
• Extractions
• Invisalign
• Implant Placement

Team and Mentorship:

• Team Members: 1 dentist (expanding as demand grows), 2 dental assistants per dentist, 2 hygienists (with plans to add a third), Front desk: 1-2
• Mentorship Opportunity: Yes

Compensation and Benefits:

• Base Salary: $200,000 ($1,000/day equivalent)
• Additional Pay: 32% collections up to $65k/month, 35% thereafter
• Other Benefits: Partnership opportunity after 12 months, additional incentives, and perks
