We are seeking a general dentist to start immediately at our client’s practice in Roanoke Rapids, NC.

Job Description

Office Hours & Practice Information

The practice is well-equipped with digital x-ray and panoramic imaging.

Patient Demographics

Primarily adult patients with mostly PPO insurance and some state insurance.

Compensation

Competitive starting salary to support new dentists in establishing their practice.

Responsibilities

1. Diagnose patient dental health using clinical and radiological techniques.
2. Assess dental conditions and coordinate necessary consultations.
3. Provide comprehensive dental treatments to address patient needs.
4. Perform routine exams, simple extractions, restorations, prosthetic services, prophylaxis, and fluoride treatments.
5. Refer patients to specialists when appropriate.
6. Manage administrative duties of the dental practice.
7. Supervise dental hygienists and assistants.

Requirements

1. Graduation from an accredited dental school with a DMD or DDS degree.
2. Valid NC dental license and DEA registration.
3. Willingness to reside and become part of the Roanoke Rapids community.
4. Proficiency in all aspects of general dentistry.
