Responsibilities of the Dentist

1. Diagnose patient's dental status using accepted clinical and radiological techniques.
2. Assess dental health and coordinate appropriate consultations for treatment planning.
3. Provide comprehensive dental treatments to meet oral health needs.
4. Perform routine exams, simple extractions, restorations, prosthetic services, prophylaxis, and fluoride treatments.
5. Refer patients to specialists when necessary.
6. Manage administrative functions of the dental office.

Requirements for the Dentist

1. Degree: DMD or DDS from an accredited dental school.
2. Valid Oklahoma dental license and DEA registration.
